4. Make a bandage by grinding 4 spinach leaves and tie it around the neck and open it after holding it for 15 to 20 minutes. Apart from this, grind coriander seeds and make a powder of it and mix rose water in it and apply it to the throat. It will also relax.
5. Grind black peppers with ghee or betashe for a sore throat, it is also beneficial. Also, grinding black pepper with 2 almonds and taking it can cure throat diseases.
If there is a sore throat or other problem, avoid these things like non-vegetarian, dry food, betel nut, sour, fish, urad, so that the throat can heal quickly.
